In recent years we have supported in the following ways:

• During the pandemic we were asked to take the client-side lead to ensure that a new-build £7m centre was brought to completion under a Design & Build contract. The project involved liaison with a multi-disciplinary client team as well as the contractor, architects, consultants, local authority and fire-authority and end-users. Opening in 2023 the centre won the prestigious Stirling Award.
• Charged with a widespread review of catering operations for an Alms House and provider of residential, nursing and end-of-life care, we supported them to a revised staffing structure and improved menu designs and service standards that led to an NACC award.
• Engaged by a client when they had fallen foul of fire-regulations we engaged and managed contractors on their behalf, supported their HR team to develop and deliver training, instructed and acted on Fire Risk Assessments for them, and achieved full compliance across a diverse estate,
• Appointed by an Alms House to lead them through a £1.4m upgrade of their warden-call system we project managed the process end-to-end.
